Shapes learn to live

In my short story I try to describe a fictional or more precisely a virtual world with living forms and give it an independent formal face.

Formen Lernen Leben | Bad Bodies

At the beginning of the story, two young men meet, Franck Collier and Andrew Murphy. One a young art student with a great passion for trigonometry, the other an excellent computer scientist.

Together they plan to create a virtual world as a drawing platform for form lovers. But the motivation of the two protagonists is fundamentally different: the art student intends to create a life-friendly virtual world by not entirely legal means, while the computer scientist tries to implement malicious creatures in the jointly developed system environment.

Two virtual living beings are created, the “Good Bodies” and the “Bad Bodies”.
With the help of a research team, the battle between the two opponents can be decided.
